About Bavisoft
Bavisoft was formed in the spring of 1999 with the specific intention of
producing groundbreaking new software for the blind and visually impaired.
Founded by lifelong gamers and programmers, along with professional
audio and voice talent, Bavisoft continues its commitment to creating new
and amazing audio gaming experiences.
Bavisoft is located just outside of Syracuse, NY.
Why do I need a DirectX compatible stereo sound card to play
Bavisoft products?
Bavisoft's products harness the power of Microsoft's DirectX technology.
DirectX allows us to fully utilize your system's audio potential and to ensure
the compatibilty of each user's sound card. Our products take full advantage
of the stereo sound spectrum by using stereo to create virtual environments,
and to provide a simulated 3D playing field during the action sequences.
The DirectX drivers necessary to play our games are included with each
game.
How do I know if my sound card is DirectX Compatible?
Most sound cards do support DirectX. Please contact your sound card
manufacturer to ensure your card's compatibility.
I'm stuck and need help passing a certain point in the game.
In order to avoid posting plot and strategy spoilers here for all to see, we
will gladly answer your gameplay questions via email. We will provide you
with hints, or built in shortcuts you can use if necessary.

How long will it take to recieve my order?
Please allow 10 business days for delivery, although in most cases it will
arrive within 5 business days. International orders and peak shipping dates may cause some delays.

future products. We also welcome your comments and suggestions about

Can I use my CD-rom on more than one computer?
Bavisoft licenses its end user to install its products for individual use only.
An individual may install Bavisoft products on more than one computer for
the sole purpose of providing alternate access for that individual.
Institutions interested in providing access to multiple users of Bavisoft
products may contact Bavisoft for information about multiple-user licensing.
We have a variety of licensing agreements available that will fit any needs.
