Return Policy

There is a 30 day return policy on all titles, subject to the following conditions:
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
Upon return of original merchandise, defective items will be replaced with the
same title only.
We will issue a full credit via your payment method for the price of any item
you return that meets the above conditions.
Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for postage on returns
unless the return is due to a defective CD or an error on our part.
International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if
order is refused.
